Rs Crete with Dutch
Metal and Stenciling
This artistic sample has a
background finish created with Rs Crete by Faux Effects. A stencil
design was applied in the same texture medium. The
large flower was handpainted in various shades of red, the stem was painted
with Dutch Metal and the leaves were gilded with imitation gold and
copper leaf. |

Venetian Plaster
Diamond pattern
This
sample was painted with Dutch Metal Gold and taped off in a diamond
pattern. Several layers of Venetian Plaster were troweled on and
later stained, which reveals the highs and lows of the texture.

gold and azure blue LusterStone. Specs of these colors show
through the layers of royal jade. Good lighting is essential to
show off the shimmer of this finish. |

The look of distressed leather is
appropriate for walls, cabinet panels or desktops. Three colors of
glaze were used in this sample. |

Crackled Leather
This finish has a beautiful
texture and dimension. It can be applied to walls, molding or
furniture. A wax topcoat adds a nice sheen and protective layer. |

Venetian Gem
Venetian Gem is an elegant finish that replicates finishes of the old
masters. It is a washable material made of ground marble dust
that is applied in a 7 or 8 step process by layering different levels
of the finish. |

Old World Texture
This sample incorporates
two tinted shades of Plastertex, untinted Venetian Gem and an overall
application of Stain & Seal. It is fairly smooth but has warmth,
richness
and depth. |

Stucco Texture

sample has two layers of Stucco troweled on AquaStone.
It was then glazed with a shade of terracotta. The bottom half
was treated with a thin application of Stain & Seal which creates more
depth. |
